Return Policy

For Defective Products:

1. Product can be exchanged or refunded if there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Invoice or particular verification is required for exchange or refund.

 

Product Exchange Regulations:

1. Invoice or particular verification is needed for product exchange within 7 days from date of goods received.
2. Only product in sellable condition is allowed for exchange.
3. Wear and tear cannot be exchanged.
4. Buyer to pay for return goods to registered Uniquos office address.
5. Uniquos will pay for courier fee (to buyer's address) for product exchange or replacement.
